        On July 22, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen held separate meetings with Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Eduard Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov. Immediately after the meetings, American Co-Chairman James Warlick wrote traditionally on his Twitter page that he was going to Vienna to inform the OSCE Secretary General about the course of negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.

               The NKR Prosecutor’s Office has issued a statement regarding the sabotage recently taken place in the Karvachar region.

            The statement, in particular, reads that thanks to the operative-investigative measures taken by the corresponding departments of the NKR Ministry of Defense, National Security Service, and Police, the following citizens of the Azerbaijani Republic were disclosed and arrested in the Shahumian region while illegally crossing the state border:
