Discussions of Draft Laws Held at NA Standing Committees
October 24 the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs was held, chaired by commission chairman Hovik Jivanyan.
The commission members discussed the issue of nominating a candidate for the vacant position of the Human Rights Defender. Candidate for vacant position of the Ombudsman, Artak Beglaryan, was also present at the discussion.
Then, the government's authorized representative, Justice Minister Ararat Danielyan presented the draft law "On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Family Code of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh", "On Making Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic", "On Amendments and Addenda to the Criminal Code of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic" On Amendments to the NKR Law "On the Rights of the Child" media project.
The Commission discussed and proposed to endorse the issues on the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session.
Earlier the NA Standing Committee on Industry and Production Infrastructure was chaired by Arpat Avanesyan.
The commission discussed draft laws “On Making Addenda to the NKR Law on Wastes, on Making Addenda to the NKR Law on Local Self-Government, on Making Addenda to the NKR Law on Local Duties and Payments, The Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Making Addendum to the NKR Law" On the Management of Multi-Apartment Building " authorized by Arpat Avanesyan.
The draft package was included in the agenda of the plenary session.
