NA Standing Committees on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement and Budget, Financial and Economic Management Joint Sitting
November 23, joint sitting of the Standing Committees on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement, and Budget, Financial and Economic Management of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly was held chaired by Zhanna Galstyan and Aram Grigoryan.
The agenda of the meeting included issues of financing the Artsakh Republic Ministry of Defense, the Police, the National Security Service and the State Emergency Service, provided for in the draft law "On the Republic of Artsakh 2019 State Budget".
NA President Ashot Ghoulyan, NA Vice-President Vahram Balayan, as well as Artsakh Republic Deputy Minister of Finance Norayr Avanesyan participated in the meeting.
